PlayerLayer are proud to supply the LONDON BLITZ. The Blitz are the premier UK American Football team with a string of victories here in the UK and on adventures into European competition. 

BritBowl finalist's for the past five seasons, Head Coach Mark Moss has lifted the Boston Trophy for the Blitz in 2007, 2009 & 2010 with victories over rivals the Coventry Jets. In addition, in 2010 the London Blitz Senior team made their first foray into European competition, gaining a place in the EFAF Cup semi-final having won both games in their group in the 2010 season. 2011 was a historic year for British football when the Blitz lifted the EFAF Cup, the first British Team to do so.

The Blitz practice and play games at Finsbury Park Athletics Stadium. Games are on Sundays and generally stretch throughout the summer with european matches taking part in April and May. 

The London Blitz boasts a wide range of athelites from an even wider range of backgrounds. Their rise to success over the last 7 years is down to a number of important factors but one key has been the team togetherness and bond, the team motto "Team-Pride-Blitz" has been extended to "Team-Pride-Blitz-Family". This team spirit has given the squad a platform to build a we gelled, finely tuned offence and an extremely fast and aggressive defence.

The Blitz are also growing from the ground up. They have a Junior team (under 19), a Youth team (under 17) and a Flag team (under 16).

PlayerLayer help the Blitz look the part. Many players remember the days where there was not game day uniform, no training kit. These days PlayerLayer supply WeatherLayers, Performance Tee's, Gilets, Sweats and other gear. The Team are proud of who they represent and know that they BELONG. TEAM - PRIDE - BLITZ - FAMILY.
